Direct Linking |
Implementation:
We will add you to our affiliate system and provide you with fully tracked
links to our website. These can be used with text links, or attached to
a range of banners, buttons and logos that will be supplied. Any visitors
who use this link to access our site are tagged with a cookie, which is
automatically picked up by our systems if they go on to register. Once
registered, all their on-site activity is tracked back to you with revenue
being paid on all pay per email enquiries and a share of commission on
sales that your registered users go on to make. This is the quickest and
easiest way to get started as an affiliate and requires you simply to
add the text or image links to your site.
Reporting:
We provide you with a full reporting suite, that shows you a summary of
the pipeline and payable revenues from both commission share and pay per
email sources, as well as drill-down information on the clients that have
contributed to each component of the revenue. There is also a timeline
view that shows when your revenues have been generated and how you have
performed historically.
Commission details:
Commission is payable on two different types of activity: the
sale of properties to buyers you introduce and also the fees received
for enquiries about properties listed on a pay per enquiry basis.
We pay a flat rate of 25% of commission share or pay per lead
revenue generated by each customer you refer, for life.

a dynamic content panel for your website. This is a configurable panel
of the most popular properties currently available on our site and has
various options that you can set to determine how the panel looks. You
can change the number of properties, show or hide images, restrict the
panel to properties from a specific country, show only investment properties
or those of some other particular type. This gives you a fresh, interesting
feature for your site, which will complement other content.

Product:
For strategic partners, we are able to rebrand our property search
offering and deliver a fully functioning "white label" or "cobranded"
website.

This option is not open to all affiliates, only to those with existing
websites that are able to deliver significant volumes of traffic.
